The PTO exists to support Harvey K-8 students and staff through community events, volunteer programs, and fundraising that goes straight back into our school.
Mission Statement
The mission of the PTO is to support our school, staff, and Sharks. The purpose of the PTO is to enhance and support the educational experience at Barbara A. Harvey K-8, to develop a closer connection between school and home by encouraging parent involvement, and to improve the environment at Barbara A. Harvey K-8 through volunteer and financial support.
The staff, teachers, parents and students take pride in being part of the “Harvey Family.” The staff and teachers watch, care for, and teach the children, and the PTO promises to supply these most vital leaders and mentors with as much support as possible. When we treat each other like family, the children are who benefit the most.
Harvey PTO is committed to increasing a positive work and educational climate for employees and students. Happy staff members lead to happy students.
